Delivery Queries

Whilst we strive for perfection we can't always get it right and due to the fallibility of human beings we do sometimes get it wrong. However, when we do get it wrong we will, as soon as we are notified, make amends and do everything we can to put matters right. So, if you feel something has gone wrong with your order please read on and find out how you can help us to correct matters.

Backorders

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will offer you an alternative product or if you wish we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.

Returns

Should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied, please notify us within 14 days by logging in, clicking on Returns and Shortages in the fulfilment section and following the instructions there. Please fill in all details. If you require any assistance please call Customer Services on 0330 333 1516.

  • Goods can be returned to us for up to 2 weeks following delivery.
  • If you wish to return a faulty item under warranty please click here
  • Returned products must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition unless they are defective or were damaged upon receipt.
  • Damaged items and shortages need to be brought to our attention within three days.
  • Special and bespoke items may also be non-returnable.

Credit notes will be issued once we have received notification from our warehouse that the goods have been received back in good condition. Unfortunately you will be charged for the goods if they are not returned in a condition in which they can be offered for resale. Once we have received the completed form we will arrange for collection and notify you of the returns collection note number

Shortages

Should you not receive everything that you ordered please notify us within 3 days by logging in, clicking on Returns and Shortages in the fulfilment section and following the instructions.
Please let us know as soon as possible.
In any event all shortages must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
We will endeavour to arrange delivery of the missing items as soon as possible.
